SUMMARY:  Nothing much happens in sleepy Cudrup County - until a drifter and the local spitfire both decide to rob the same liquor store on the same night...

SUMMARY:  In the aftermath of the robbery, lawman Jimmy Jack - unlike local law enforcement - is determined to find his quarry... especially Run... also known as Jimmy Jake.  Meanwhile, the liquor store's owner, Big Momma Bob, castigates her terrified son Ronny for allowing the robbery to happen.

SUMMARY:  Money & Run hole up at the home of town drunk OT, who tells them of a better hiding place.  Meanwhile, Jimmy Jack is hot on their trail.  And there's a big musical number, too.  Burning love comes once in a lifetime...

SUMMARY:  We learn the childhood traumas that made Money, Run and Big Momma Bob the people they are.  Run accidentally killed his own sister.  Money's an orphan who gives the money she steals to orphanages.  And Big Momma Bob seeks revenge on the world for the childhood bullies who stole her milk money by making sure nobody ever takes anything from her again... and that includes the money that Money and Run stole, and she's determined to get back.  Jimmy Jack earns Big Momma Bob's undying enmity when he refuses a sizeable bribe to work for her.

SUMMARY:  Jimmy Jack finally catches up with Jimmy "Run" Jake, but Money helps get the drop on him.  However, Jimmy Jack had a surprise for Run... a letter from Maggie, the sister he thought was long dead, begging for his help.  She's a captive of "The Conglomerate," and if they find out she wrote this letter, she really will be killed.

SUMMARY:  Run, true to his nickname, runs away from his life for Money, to the sorrow of both of them.  However, Money has a run-in with Big Momma Bob's sons Bo and Luke, and they have an epic fight that ends with all three of them unconscious... and Jimmy Jack arriving in the fight's wake to find he's got Money right where he wants her.

SUMMARY:  Jimmy Jack uses a captive Money as bait to get Run to surrender himself, threatening to turn her over to Big Momma Bob if he doesn't.  Run gives in... but it turns out that he pulled a switch with the help of O.T., who was disguised as Run.  Money and Run drive off into the sunset together for a happy ending and maybe another helping of Big Momma Bob's money... but things ain't always that simple.  Run still needs to find his sister... and Big Momma Bob's out for revenge.

SUMMARY:  As Money and Run find themselves in the hometown of Sister Crystal, who raised Money and would be disappointed in her life of crime, Big Momma Bob - who wants to raze Sister Crystal's orphanage to the ground - announces on television that she's out to get Money and Run.

SUMMARY:  Some time later (having apparently skipped over an alien abduction storyline in the meantime in the five months Money & Run has been away), Money and Run meet Run's old lover, Doreen, who Run dumped years ago.  Doreen warns Money away from Run, but changes her tune when Money makes short work of two local yokels who harass Doreen.

SUMMARY:  Local yokels Hoss and Dix return with their mother, Big Momma Bob, in tow, as well as Officer Carl.  They swear that they just wanted soda but were instead served alcohol, and so Doreen is hit with a $10,000 fine she has to pay in two weeks, or lose her bar.  There's a big dance contest in which Run could win that money for Dorren, but Run, traumatized by some past loss, refuses to dance... though he's definitely got the moves.  Big Momma Bob takes advantage of the situation by sending for dance sensation Layla Venezuela, who will be the reluctant Run's dance partner.  Her first kiss makes you her slave... and the second kiss kills.

SUMMARY:  Run meets Layla Venezuela, who slips him a note... a note that says she has information about his missing sister... and that he should meet her alone.  She manages to slip Run a kiss just as Money arrives on the scene, and the two fight.  And a hypnotized Run says he loves Layla now, and will be dancing with her... for Big Momma Bob.
